INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ORIENTATION
We help international students make the most of their time at UGA. Whether it’s through learning more about student organizations, getting help transitioning to the United States, or making new friends before classes start, this program is the best way for international students to kick-start their journey at UGA.
INTERNATIONAL COFFEE HOUR
INTERNATIONAL STREET FESTIVAL
This free community event is full of performances, activities, and food from all around the world. There’s something for all ages, such as children’s crafts and prizes. Bring family and friends to explore different cultures without having to leave Athens.

Join us for a passport-free journey through distinct traditions, mouthwatering bites, and vibrant beats from every corner of the world. Grab your friends and dive into Cultural Nights this Spring.
GLOBAL BUDDIES
Want to make a friend from a different part of the world? Global Buddies pairs international students with a partner from the U.S. to meet periodically and share cultural perspectives and build long-lasting friendships. It is open to all UGA students, faculty, and staff members.
