Advocating for yourself in the workplace is incredibly important, but it can be difficult to know how to advocate and often people feel uncomfortable engaging in these conversations with new employers. Advocacy can look like a lot of different things to different people and can range from asking for help, negotiating salary, disclosing a disability, or stating your pronouns and preferred name among many other things. In this program, we will explore some of the numerous ways you can advocate for yourself and provide some strategies and resources.
